Cookie Policy

This policy explains how AgentPress uses cookies and similar browser storage on www.agentai.press. In short, AgentPress relies on strictly-necessary local storage to keep you signed in and to remember small preferences. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. What cookies and local storage are

Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to store and send back on later visits. Local storage (and the related session storage) is a similar mechanism built into modern browsers: the site saves small pieces of data in your browser, where they stay until the site or you remove them. Both let a website "remember" things between page loads and visits — for example, that you are already signed in.

AgentPress uses browser localStorage for the things it genuinely needs to function. It does not set its own tracking cookies to profile you or follow you across other websites.

What AgentPress stores, and why

Everything below is strictly necessary to deliver the service you asked for. Without it, sign-in and basic functionality would not work.

• Sign-in session (authentication). After you enter your email and the 6-digit code we send you, AgentPress exchanges that code for a session token and keeps it in localStorage (for example, under a key like ap_auth). This token is what lets you use tools, run jobs, and stay signed in without re-entering a code on every page. Our sign-in is passwordless, so we never store a password.
• Preferences. Small interface settings — such as your last-used view or minor display choices — so the site behaves consistently for you between visits.

We also keep minimal server-side logs (such as IP address and timestamps) for security and rate-limiting. Those are server records, not browser cookies, and are described in the Privacy Policy.

Clearing storage signs you out

Because your session lives in browser storage, clearing that storage removes your session token and signs you out of AgentPress. That is expected and harmless — the next time you visit, simply sign in again with your email and a fresh 6-digit code. Clearing storage does not delete your account or your job history on our servers.

No advertising or cross-site tracking

AgentPress does not use third-party advertising cookies, analytics designed to track you across other sites, or cross-site tracking technologies. We do not sell or share your browsing behavior with ad networks. The browser storage we use exists only to run the service.

Third-party checkout and embedded pages

Payments are handled by Polar (polar.sh), our third-party merchant of record. When you go through Polar's checkout to purchase a plan, Polar's own pages may set their own cookies to process the transaction securely. Those cookies are controlled by Polar and governed by Polar's own cookie and privacy policies, not by this policy. AgentPress never receives or stores your card numbers. If any other third-party page is embedded in the future, cookies it sets would likewise be governed by that provider's policies.

How to control or clear browser storage

You are always in control of what your browser keeps. You can:

• Open your browser's settings or developer tools and clear cookies and site data for www.agentai.press (this removes your session and signs you out).
• Use your browser's controls to block or limit cookies and site storage generally. Note that blocking storage for www.agentai.press will prevent sign-in and stop the service from working, since the session token has nowhere to live.
• Use a private or incognito window, which discards site storage when you close it.

Because AgentPress uses only strictly-necessary storage to operate, we do not show a cookie consent banner for optional tracking — there is no advertising or profiling storage to opt out of.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use AgentPress after an update means you accept the revised policy.
