These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AgentPress, the website at www.agentai.press, and the scraping tools, APIs, and browser extensions we provide (together, the "Service"). In these Terms, "AgentPress", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the Service, based in Pakistan. By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms are general informational legal content and are not legal advice. If you need advice about your particular situation, please consult a qualified lawyer.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to that entity.
AgentPress exposes a catalog of 277 ready-made web scraping tools as instant APIs. You pick a tool, fill in a simple form or call our REST API, and download the results as JSON or CSV. The Service includes a short free trial and a paid plan activated by a license key, as described below. The tools collect publicly available data only. Results depend on what target websites choose to expose, and we do not guarantee that any given result set will be complete, accurate, or available at any particular time.
Sign-in to AgentPress is passwordless. You enter an email address, we email you a 6-digit code, and you exchange that code for a session token. We do not store passwords. Because access depends on your email and your session token, you are responsible for:

Your account begins with a 5-minute free trial starting at first sign-in. During the trial you get full access to all tools, with a limit of up to 10 runs per day. When the trial ends, protected actions return an upgrade prompt. The trial is provided for evaluation, and we may change or discontinue trial terms at any time.
Payments are handled by Polar (polar.sh), a third-party merchant of record and payment processor. When you buy a plan, your payment and billing details are processed by Polar under Polar's own terms and privacy policy. AgentPress does not receive or store your card numbers. Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time; changes do not affect orders already placed. For information about refunds, please see our Refund Policy.
After a successful payment, we issue a license key to you by email. License keys are issued manually by the operator and are not minted automatically by the payment system, so please allow a reasonable time for delivery. Activating a license key flips your account to the paid plan, which raises your limit to 500 runs per day.
Each license key is tied to a single account and cannot be reused, transferred, or activated on a second account. The same key and login also work across AgentPress browser extensions through a shared license database. You agree not to share, resell, sublicense, or publish your license key, and not to attempt to use one key across multiple accounts.
You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and for the data you collect with it. You agree that you will not:
We enforce rate limits and quotas (per-minute run caps, daily quotas, and concurrency caps) to keep the Service fair and stable. Some heavily protected sites are excluded from our tools. You, and not AgentPress, are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and of any collected data complies with all applicable laws and third-party terms.
AgentPress owns and retains all rights in the platform, including its software, APIs, tool catalog, extensions, website, branding, and documentation. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you beyond the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. As between you and AgentPress, you own the data that you lawfully collect using the Service, and you are responsible for it.
The Service relies on third parties, including Polar for payments, a VPS hosting provider for compute and storage, and an email (SMTP) provider to deliver sign-in codes and license keys. Your use of these third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or availability of third-party services. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any result set will be complete, accurate, or available. Scraping results depend on what target websites expose and may change or become unavailable at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentPress and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgentPress and its operator from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, the data you collect or process, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including any target website's terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, or created risk or legal exposure for us or others, or as needed to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the courts of Pakistan will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown at the top of this page. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Service after that constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, please stop using the Service.
